Do the Model C, E and E-Lite sensors work without a Wi-Fi connection?

Yes. If no Wi-Fi is configured or if the configured Wi-Fi is unavailable, the sensor will continue to display the readings on the screen and will save these in memory so that when the Wi-Fi is configured or reachable again, the stored readings will be sent to the cloud portal.
